Medal manufactured for the creation of the Tribunal de Cassació de Catalunya .

This court was a judicial body of the Generalitat de Catalunya established by the Statute of Núria of 1932.

This court had ultimate jurisdiction in civil and administrative law as regards autonomous legislation, as well as full jurisdiction in Catalan civil law. The vehicular language of the Court was Catalan. It had no jurisdiction in criminal matters because the Generalitat de Catalunya did not have its own jurisdiction in the matter.
