From the minutes of the award ceremony: "The qualities that are appreciated are the effective synthesis between ancient and modern; the technique used that blends tonal values with plastic ones; the choice of an adequate temperature in the moment of melting the glazes. The result of the work aesthetically expresses the fairytale, not devoid of royalty and humility, both in the material and in the forms. "
