This large parade plate with a brim moved by a shell model is decorated in high-fire polychrome with a mythological scene with satyrs, naiads and winged cherubs with an old-fashioned architectural ruin and plant tufts. The wavy, watercolored, lively stylistic formula is typical of Savona production between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
