The Ceramic Museum Giuseppe Gianetti, opened in 1994, and the collection of valuable eighteenth-century ceramics and contemporary, is all’ inside of a 1938 villaè was l’ home of the Biffi family, of which Nina was the wife of Joseph Gianetti.Della Villa d’ era are preserved floors unchanged, the parquet, marble, staircases, windows, furniture, paintings, mirrors, Murano chandeliers, bathrooms with its taps, and even switches luce.Degna noteè the railing of the stairs leading to the second floor of the Museumè was built from a design by Carla Biffi, and built in wardrobes, recently transformed into display cases that house the belongings of collezionista.Fruibileè even the garden surrounding the museum with its small rose garden and installs d’ contemporanea.Il Art Museumè was conceived not only as a place of memory and collection, but as an opportunity to create an expression-creation and documentation-research movement in’ field of visual arts, plastic and decorative.L’ meticulous research and cataloging, conservation, promotion, dissemination and teaching proposals are qualifying and vital points of this museum supported by the COE Foundation Educational Center orientation.
