Verified profile

Giuseppe Finck, in 1764, founded a factory in Bologna, near Porta San Felice, which immediately met with considerable success for the high artistic quality of its fine majolica. The pairs of potiche vases, like ours, are among his highest products. The brand "F." has long led to believe that they were pieces from Faenza.
