At the Santa Giulia Museum in Brescia, from October 2, 2025, to February 15, 2026, in conjunction with the second edition of the International Education Festival, the exhibition entitled Worlds, Journeys, Stories... and then there's Jacovitti! is held, presenting, for the first time to the general public, a part of the rich illustrative heritage of the historical archive of sketches from Editrice La Scuola, a Brescia-based reality that has been operating in the educational sector in Italy since 1904, producing school textbooks and teaching tools that have accompanied generations of teachers, students, and students of all levels of education.

The exhibition, promoted by Fondazione Brescia Musei and Editrice La Scuola and curated by Michela Valotti with the collaboration of Anna Piergentili, offers, through a careful selection of over 70 panels, a glimpse of the iconographic imagery proposed to the young generations who were educated in Italy between the post-war years and the economic boom and the most recent times.

The exhibition, divided into 4 thematic sections, allows you to appreciate works by authors such as Benito Jacovitti, Bruno Munari, Ugo Fontana, Francesco Carlo Salodini, Marina Battigelli, Gianmaria Ciferri, Gianbattista Bertelli, Piero Cozzaglio, Nevio Zeccara, Gianni De Luca, and Pio Pullini.
