The burial kit belongs to one of the prominent female burials of the necropolis of Torre Mordillo (Spezzano Albanese- CS), although an iron spearhead (usually associated with male kits) also appears, in association with a wide range of bronze and iron fibulae - among which stands out the set composed of 6 four-spiral bronze fibulae, one with a bone plate, one with a covered arch, three with loops, two in iron and the other in bronze sheet -, with numerous glass and amber beads, hairpins, rings, and various belt-related ornamental elements, including a xylophone pendant. The presence of the spearhead could confirm the relevance of the kit to a bisoma burial, that is, with the presence of a male and a female subject deposited inside the same funerary container (probably a wooden coffin subsequently decayed), like others known in the Oenotrian world, which emphasize the importance of the family bond of the couple. The kit also includes a carinated cup, a jug, and a pyxis in pottery.
