MUMAC – Cimbali Group Coffee Machine Museum, is the first and largest permanent exhibition dedicated to the history, world and culture of professional espresso coffee machines. The museum was founded in 2012 on the occasion of the centenary of the company's foundation by Giuseppe Cimbali in Milan, thanks to funds belonging to the Cimbali family and Enrico Maltoni, considered the greatest collector of professional espresso coffee machines.

MUMAC is a one-of-a-kind corporate museum, which recounts over 120 years of evolution of history, technology, design, uses and customs linked to the consumption of the drink and Italian style, not only linked to brand products of the Group, LaCimbali and Faema first and foremost, but of all those companies and brands that have represented the cornerstones of an entire Made in Italy sector.

The museum's collection is made up of over 350 machines , of which 100 are on display and the others are available for rotation within the museum and for worldwide loans. The museum itinerary is divided into seven rooms that narrate the evolution of the professional espresso coffee machine from its origins to today, through a narrative that winds through some of the most significant models from the point of view of technological innovation and the history of design and major manufacturing brands.

MUMAC is a cultural hub formed by MUMAC – Coffee Machine Museum , with the exhibition of the Cimbali and Maltoni collections, Mumac Library , the historical coffee library, Mumac Academy , training and diffusion center of coffee culture, Hangar 100 , a multifunctional annex space for temporary exhibitions.
