The Leopold-Mozart-Haus is an Augsburg house museum. It is the birthplace of Leopold Mozart, composer and father of Wolfang Amadeus. Leopold Mozart was born there in 1719. Opened in 1937, the museum houses 11 thematic rooms, with a collection that houses, among other things, a historic stone grand piano, a carriage with a cabin, a baroque theater room and a hall in which to listen to music. Leopold's countless letters are also the starting point of his story, which is conveyed here in a contemporary and experiential key.
