Verified profile

Fragmentary helmet of the Italic Etruscan type, so-called Montefortino, partially residual in the cap and in one of the two paragnatides. The artefact was found in the area where the battle of Cornus took place between the Romans and Sardinian-Punic people in 215 BC.
