The clay figurine, worked on the lathe, belongs to a type widespread from Cyprus, from Phoenician to Carthage, Sicily, Sardinia and Ibiza. In Sardinia this type specializes in reference to the request to the divinity for healing from illness, although this Tharrense specimen could be similar to the figurines on the lathe with a lamp on the head characteristic of the thofet of Mozia, Monte Sirai and the sanctuary of Illa Piana in Ibiza. The head has a cylindrical shape and the face is characterized by pierced eyes and mouth made with an awl, it also has prominent ears, chin and nose, applied later to the modeling.
