Two museums united, to narrate through art and science the association between good health and connection with nature.

Art and science for a new alliance with nature. The Mountain Touch offers visual stimuli of an artistic nature and at the same time introduces a series of current scientific themes and research related to the positive and negative implications in the relationship between humans, mountains, and nature in a broader sense.
All the works on display are linked to the mountain and, more generally, to nature, some more directly and on an iconographic level, others indirectly but still closely related to the theme that the exhibition explores and delves into.
The exhibition originates from a series of evidence emerged in relation to the ongoing climate crisis and the pandemic period. In response to the loss of biodiversity and the progressive degradation of natural environments, there is a growing awareness that our physical and mental well-being is closely linked to that of our planet.
The exhibition attempts to offer an overview of the main research themes and opens up to a series of questions such as, for example, what impact the ongoing environmental devastation may have on our health or how to resort to ecotherapy to cope with eco-alienation.
