The Videoinsight® Foundation promotes the psychophysical well-being of individuals and communities through contemporary Art, introducing artworks into social and work contexts. Experiencing Art in a slow mode, with intimacy and awareness, lowers cortisol levels, the stress hormone, reduces anxiety, normalizes heart rate and blood pressure, improves brain and cognitive functions, transmits beneficial sensations, has a positive impact on emotions, increases serotonin levels, the happiness hormone. Art enhances creative thinking and problem-solving skills, improves memory, boosts self-esteem, helps to feel focused, motivated, and rewarded. Art uplifts mood, is an exercise in empathy and communication. Living Art every day is a fertile routine, a chance for care, change, improvement in quality and duration of life, for guiding talents and aptitudes.The 25 video works by international artists from the Videoinsight® Collection, which make up the exhibition, are divided into 8 stations in a thematic path, allowing the internalization of the messages expressed by the videos, such as the importance of self-care and responsibility towards others, the relevance of teamwork, the need for planning in life and work paths, the importance of changing one's perspective when necessary, motivation, self-esteem, challenge, and emotions.
As with other exhibitions, this time too a project in line with the values of Leonardo Assicurazioni Società Benefit was chosen: Spazio Leonardo, with its various activities, is indeed the concrete realization of the philosophy of a company that aims to have a positive impact on society, culture, and the environment, favoring the psychophysical well-being of individuals. And Art is one of the areas that the company has been pursuing for years to achieve this goal.
