From 4 October to 31 January 2026
The Palazzo Te Foundation, on the occasion of the Five Hundredth Anniversary, presents in world premiere in Mantua, from October 4, 2025, All That Changes You, the new film installation by the renowned British artist and director Sir Isaac Julien (London, 1960).
With curator Lorenzo Giusti, the Foundation has identified Isaac Julien as the artist to commission a work capable of illuminating both the charm and complexity of Palazzo Te and the questions that the palace and its frescoes pose to the contemporary world.
From the dialogue between director Stefano Baia Curioni, Lorenzo Giusti, Isaac Julien, and Mark Nash, the idea of creating an exhibition project was born in which the theme of Metamorphoses and the poetic vision of Giulio Romano - with his extraordinary ability to question the present - could be reinterpreted from a "more than human" perspective, starting from some of the most stimulating philosophical reflections and narrative insights of recent years.
All That Changes You features the participation of acclaimed actresses Gwendoline Christie and Sheila Atim and the involvement of Adjaye Associates for the set designs.
Viale Te, 13, Mantua, Italy
