From 8 March to 30 April 2022
The exhibition " Footsteps of Souls Inquiete ", a multi-material installation articulated by multiple volumes, is created by Anna Maria Di Terlizzi, an internationally renowned artist from Bari, winner of numerous awards with over 120 solo and group exhibitions, in spaces highly qualified exhibitors both in Italy and abroad.
The work on display is characterized by a strong socio-anthropological value: nine plastic figures of women with strong-colored forex burqa , life-size, represent the current tormented Middle Eastern female universe, but also all women victims of physical violence and psychological.
Blood red puddles , in vermilion plexiglass, on the floor between the female figures, allude to the brutality suffered, from which, however, a wooden figure of a woman rises at the end of the path, in all its pride and Mediterranean classicism.
On the occasion of the inauguration, a short dance performance was performed by the students Francesca De Bartolo and Adriana De Marzo of Sara Bucci's Free dance Academy school.
