Renato Guttuso, born Aldo Renato Guttuso, was an Italian painter and politician, improperly indicated as an exponent of socialist realism, protagonist of Italian neorealist painting that expressed himself in the artists of the New Front of the Arts, senator from 1976 to 1983.
