Palazzo delle Esposizioni is the largest interdisciplinary exhibition area in the center of Rome and is located in Via Nazionale. More than 10,000 square meters of space on three levels, Levels 0, 1 and 2, host cultural events and offer services to visitors. In line with what happens in major European capitals, it is a space for culture and ideas, able to offer visitors high quality projects, technological standards of excellence and hospitality facilities for guests and modern. A cultural center of the most up to date, in a continuous and fruitful exchanges with the most important international cultural institutions. Since 2007, the Palazzo delle Esposizioni has devoted his attention to the great artists of the twentieth century who used different languages and from different perspectives, have captured and interpreted the events of the short century: from Mark Rothko to Stanley Kubrick, Mario Ceroli Bill Viola , by Giorgio De Chirico, Alexander Calder, through the avant-American leaders and those of socialist realism. Much attention has been devoted to the privileged view of the last century, that of photography and in this regard we note the exhibitions devoted to Robert Doisneau, the photographer for National Geographic, Mimmo Jodice, Helmut Newton and the major reports that have given us pictures History, from the Mexican Revolution to the Prague Spring. From 1927 to 2004 it was home to the offices and Exhibitions of the Quadrennial in Rome and is the privileged place of the exhibitions of the Quadrennial Art.
