From October 31, 2025, to January 18, 2026, two of the most prestigious museum venues in the Umbrian national circuit, the National Gallery of Umbria in Perugia and the Rocca Albornoz in Spoleto, will hosta comprehensive exhibition of Mimmo Paladino, curated by Costantino D'Orazio, Director of the National Museums of Perugia, and Aurora Roscini Vitali, art historian of the National Gallery of Umbria, in collaboration with the artist himself.
The exhibition at the National Gallery of Umbria will document, through a core of over 40 workscoming from Italian and foreign public museums and important private collections, the entire activity of the Campanian author, starting from the photographic experiments of the Seventies, with the return to figuration in the Eighties of the last century, narrating all the main themes addressed over fifty years of activity, with a particular focus on large-scale works and painting that invades space.
