A space for contemporary art in the historic center of Merano. Kunst Meran Merano Arte is a non-profit art association, based in the historic building "Cassa di Risparmio" specially restored and adapted into an art gallery in 2000-2001 by the architects Höller & Klotzner. Kunst Meran Merano Arte does not intend to be only a place for the presentation of contemporary art, but rather to support its development, production and encourage a debate around it. Furthermore, it is one of the most active institutions in South Tyrol in the field of architecture .
