The visit path of the project The house of stories set up in the rooms of the Tadini Academy Gallery and the Nineteenth Century Museum transforms the museum into a symbolic "house": a place of memory sedimentation, but also of continuous rewriting of meanings.

Thanks to this perspective, the works cease to be exclusively testimonies of the past and in the present they take on the function of narrative devices, entering into relation with the objects of affection described by the participants, representatives of the Lovere community who take on the role of protagonists of the narration.

In the rooms, corresponding to the chosen works, totems are exhibited proposing the narratives suggested by the participants, accompanied by photographs of the objects interpreted by the photographer Davide Bassanesi.

Each narrative can be accessed through a QR code, but it will also be possible to download the catalog in PDF format for free or request it on loan for the visit.

On the second floor, it will be possible to retrace the exhibition through the photographic shots, while the videos and the catalog are also available on the museum's website.

Inserted in the path towards the bicentenary of the Tadini Academy, the project takes on a strategic value in the process of redefining the institution's identity.

The reinterpretation not only enhances the existing heritage, but also prompts a critical reflection on the role of the museum in contemporary times, positioning it as a cultural subject capable of generating civic impact, as well as cultural impact.
