The Ermanno Casoli Foundation (FEC), established in 2007 in memory of the founder of Elica – a world leader in the production of hoods for domestic use and main supporter of the FEC – promotes initiatives in which contemporary art becomes a didactic and methodological tool capable of improve work environments and trigger innovative processes, setting itself the goal of fostering the relationship between the world of art and that of companies. A pioneer in investigating the potential of the dialogue between art and industry, the FEC has established itself in Italy as an avant-garde reference model in the field of corporate training through contemporary art, proposing increasingly structured and specialized activities, capable of making the these two worlds in respect of mutual objectives.
