Marsina and undershirt in brown woolen cloth with silver and ivory embroidery, dating back to the end of the eighteenth century and coming from the Dohrn collection, a high-class family of the Polish intellectual Anton Dohrn, founder and first director of the Zoological Station of Naples. The artefact is one of the few examples of 18th century men's clothing in the possession of the museum institution.
