Theo Koster lives and works in Kampen and has been involved with Musiom since its founding in 2018. The landscape is the starting point in his paintings. Theo Koster paints grand skies above land or water that are characterized by coarse structures and vivid colors. As a fully-fledged poetic impressionist, the paintings he makes are impressions of landscapes that sketch atmospheric images and tend towards abstraction.
Sculptor Anton ter Braak lives and works in the beautiful countryside between Neede and Diepenheim. Horses, bulls, women and abstract works play a major role in the sculptor's universe. And it is mainly those abstract works that Musiom is showing this autumn, but not exclusively. The material used is always bronze, which the artist casts in his own foundry.
Both artists are strongly connected to the countryside, where they find their inspiration.
