From 8 November to 2 March 2025
On the occasion of the centenary of Surrealism (1924-2024), the Accorsi-Ometto Museum dedicates an exhibition to Giorgio de Chirico, considered by André Breton to be the precursor of Surrealism. Through about seventy works, including paintings and drawings by de Chirico and photographs by Man Ray and Lee Miller, the aim is to strengthen the importance of the Italian Master in the creation of the French movement and to deepen the relationship that tied the painter to the founder of Surrealism.
