Numero Cromatico is an artistic collective born in 2011, made up of researchers from the world of visual arts and neuroscience, which bases its research on an interdisciplinary approach. The group turns its gaze to the most advanced studies in the field of aesthetic perception, with particular attention to neuroesthetics.
The group's practices are developed along three different lines: artistic, scientific and editorial production. The collective is also the editor of Nodes , a neuroaesthetic journal, a point of reference for researchers from all over the world.
Since 2016 the group has opened an independent experimental space in Rome where it still presents its research to the public.
