From 10 November to 31 March 2019
Curated by Giulia Ferracci in collaboration with Silvia Barbagallo
The first personal exhibition dedicated to the phenomenon of Italian comics. Always linked to the underground scene, spokesman for the 90s generation, who grew up between precariousness and the web, between the G8 in Genoa and the TV series, Michele Rech, aka Zerocalcare, is the protagonist of a large exhibition created in co-production with Minimondi Eventi.
The staging of the exhibition is inspired by Armadillo, the famous character created by Zerocalcare and protagonist of almost all his strips and books, the artist's conscience and alter ego. Within an enveloping structure that evokes the curved shapes of the animal, the four sections in which the exhibition is organized open up: Pop, Tribe, Struggles and Resistances, Non-reportage .
