On 18 December 1984 the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art was inaugurated on the initiative of the Piedmont Region and thanks to the restoration of the architect Andrea Bruno. To celebrate the Museum's birthday, Christmas and the return of important sculptures belonging to the historical heritage of the Savoy Residence, on Saturday 18 December at 11 the Director, Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev, and the Mayor of the City of Rivoli, Andrea Tragaioli, will welcome the visitors in Room 15 so-called 'of the Four Continents' where the wooden Juvarra model will also be presented, which on this occasion returns to the venue illuminated by the contemporary artist Renato Leotta, as well as the sixteenth-century masterpiece of France, Madonna with Child and an angel who presents San Giovanni Battista, from the Cerruti Collection.
