Museo Diocesano di Reggio Calabria

The Reggio Calabria Diocesan Museum

Housed in the late eighteenth-century wing of the Archbishop's Palace, the Museum preserves and displays an important collection of sacred art from the Cathedral and the diocesan territory. Precious jewellery and liturgical fabrics dating from the 15th to the 20th century, wooden and stone sculptures and paintings of particular value characterise a rich exhibition itinerary divided into thematic areas which, also by means of digital aids, illustrate the art and history of the Archdiocese of Reggio Calabria-Bova.
