The Gino Bartali Cycling Museum is located in the small town of Ponte a Ema, in the province of Florence and is part of the Civic Museums. The Museum is dedicated to the great Tuscan champion Gino Bartali and to the history of the bicycle. The Museum's collection includes the most significant objects of the Champion's career, from 1931 to 1954. The collection includes bicycles, cups, medals, photos, documents, books, magazines, publications, shirts, paintings and interviews. In addition, the museum houses a room dedicated to the history of cyclists with their biographies and jerseys. Instead, the third session hosts vintage bicycles that belonged to great champions such as Giuseppe Olmo, Fuasto Coppi and Antonio Maspes. The visit to the Museum is enriched by video and audio often told by the recordings of the protagonists.
