The art of photography and content creation as a tool for social redemption. The exhibition tells the story of how creativity can change the world. The meeting between the Ministry of Justice - Department for Minors and Community Justice, the Jonathan Association and Videndum Media Solutions made it possible.

The Jonathan Association, in collaboration with the Juvenile Justice Center of Naples, has been working for thirty years with minors and young people in custody or on probation in the 'Jonathan' and 'Oliver' communities of Scisciano, Naples. The Association seeks opportunities and resources to allow young people on a recovery path to build a new perspective, a new horizon. To do this, it is constantly looking for tools with which to influence and involve these young people in a dialogue on emancipation and citizenship.

The cornerstone of the Jonathan model is the work of creating a discipline that takes place both within the community, in daily life, in living together, and in its projection outside, where it pursues the emancipation of young people and the sharing of knowledge. , skills and experiences through which children can become aware of their possibilities and potential.

One of the initiatives through which the Association feeds this personal growth is the 'Picture of Life' Photographic Laboratory. This exhibition displays the results of some of these workshops, produced by young people during the nine years that have passed from the first edition in 2014 to today.

Following the success of the 'Picture of Life' projects in Naples , the program has been extended internationally to two other initiatives aimed at introducing young people to photographic techniques. Their work can be seen in the second part of the exhibition. Like the Jonathan Association projects, 100cameras in the United States and Wild Shots Outreach in South Africa were also inspired by the power of creativity to transform lives.
