Established at the church of San Cristoforo, in the historic center of Corciano, the Museo della Pievanina houses the most significant testimonies of the religious life of the small community of Corciano. Inside, sacred images, 15th-century frescoes, finely carved and chiseled reliquaries, sacred furnishings, ex-votos, precious documents such as papal bulls, parchments, accounting books, inventories, and indulgence grants are displayed. The museum is dedicated to the Corcianese painter Giuseppe Laudati (1669-1737) and preserves important works attributed to him.
