The theme of the exhibition originates from a profound reflection by Alighiero Boetti which led the artist to analyze the eternal and conflicting relationship between Western and Eastern culture. The exhibition places in dialogue the works in ballpoint pen, cards made in Italy under precise indications by the artist with the use of colored pens, and the embroideries, a collection of phrases and thoughts referring to time, embroidered inside squares such as mathematical formulas.
