The work is the photographic sequence (performed by Elisabetta Catalano) of the performance with the same title made for the first time in 1973: a girl dressed in a fascist uniform undresses and dresses many times. The body in costume marks the passage from the signifier to the signified: nature dresses and undresses itself with ideology.
