The Musée Réattu is the museum of Fine Arts of Arles. It is largely dedicated to the work of the painter Jacques Réattu, an 18th-century painter from Arles. It also brings together a collection of drawings by Picasso, and sections dedicated to photography and architecture. It is located in the ancient building of the Arles priory, now classified as a historical monument, purchased by Jacques Réeattu to make it his studio. The museum's photographic collection, created as early as 1965, was one of the first in France. Furthermore, since 2007, the museum has created the first sound art fund in a Fine Arts museum. At the same time, the museum is oriented towards contemporary art through the creation of exhibitions and events.
