The Market Hall Museum in Warwick, in the English city of the same name, houses objects of significant archaeological, geological or naturalistic interest almost exclusively from the province of Warwickshire. In the museum is the famous Warwickshire bear. On the second floor of the building is the reproduction of a life-size that climbs on a log of wood. This is the symbol historically associated with the Earls of Warwick since the 14th century. Today it is on the Warwickshire County Council shield, the University of Warwick shield and the Warwickshire County Cricket Club badge. In the geology section is the complete skeleton of a Giant Irish Deer, donated to the museum during the 19th century . The deer has been one of the main attractions of the museum in recent years. As for the arts and traditions section, there are several tapestries.
