Palazzo Grassi presents “Henri Cartier-Bresson: Le Grand Jeu”, created with the Bibliothèque nationale de France and in collaboration with the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson.

The exhibition project, conceived and coordinated by Matthieu Humery, compares the gaze of five curators on the work of Cartier-Bresson (1908 - 2004), and in particular on the "Master Collection", a selection of 385 images that artist identified in the early seventies, at the invitation of his collector friends Jean and Dominique de Menil, as the most significant of his work.
