The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation

The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation in Turin has its roots in the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Collection .

Launched in 1992, built through dialogue with artists, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Collection is an exemplary constellation of works and reflects the plurality of research of recent decades. The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation has been supporting young Italian and foreign artists since 1995, with particular attention to the commissioning and production of new works, and promotes contemporary art with the aim of bringing it closer to an ever wider audience.

For over twenty years, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation has been committed to promoting contemporary art and culture. Among the first private foundations opened in Italy, it is an observatory on the artistic trends and cultural languages of the present, at the intersection of art, music, dance, literature and design.

The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation is a space for reflection which, thanks to the works, gives visibility to art and its links with the most current issues such as globalisation, ecology, work and new technologies.

To date, the Foundation is an internationally recognized exhibition center.
