Visit in the dark in the Royal Armory

Halloween: the true prodigious story at the Museum of Antiquities
On the three nights of Samonios, which fell between late October and early November, the Celts celebrated the transition from the old to the new year. For all those who wish to discover the ancient meaning of the festival, Halloween is celebrated at the Museum of Antiquities: the true prodigious story, in collaboration with the Terra Taurina Association and CoopCulture.
From 16.30 to 18.30, children will be involved in the festive atmosphere with games and stories and will be instructed in the rite of lighting the new sacred fire. They will also be able to leave an offering, a fruit, a twig, a drawing for their loved ones. Family activity included in the Royal Museums ticket.
At 5.30 pm guided tour with the CoopCulture archaeologist at the Museum of Antiquities, Turin Section, to get to know the Taurini Celts, from Bric San Vito to Augusta Taurinorum.
Piazzetta Reale, 1, Turin, Italy
