The event

On the occasion of the inauguration of the exhibition, Thursday 16 December, at 5.00 pm, the photographers Oleksandra Horobets and Karim El Maktafi will accompany the public interested in discovering their works in the CAMERA Project Room.Following, at 18.30, a free meeting entitled "Plural Stories" will be held in the Gymnasium which will bring together various professional figures in an exploration of the issues related to the relationship that photography has with the cultural and social multiplicities of today's Italy. .The sociologist Andrea Pogliano will speak with a reflection on the representation and self-representation of migrations, the art critic Andrea Tinterri on the contamination of contemporary photography and the artist Déljo Jasse who will tell about his own artistic journey between Angola, Portugal and Italy. Presenting the Sguardi Plurali project will be Francesco Giai Via del Carbonia Film Festival and Pietro Cingolani of FIERI. The meeting will be moderated by Monica Poggi, exhibition manager of CAMERA.
