CAMERA - Italian Center for Photography
CAMERA - Italian Center for Photography, in the center of Turin , is an exhibition center for Italian and international photography: one large and contemporary space that adapts perfectly to the busy program of events and exhibitions that are organized there.
CAMERA - Centro Italiano per la Fotografia was born, in fact, in 2015 with the aim of further tightening the link between Piedmont, Italy and the international realities that deal with photography. CAMERA wants to be a real meeting place and exchange through the organization of meetings, laboratories, workshops and a study center for the enhancement of the photographic heritage.
With a space of about 2000 square meters, three main exhibitions are organized annually accompanied by various events or side projects that often see the direct participation of artists and photographers, guaranteeing the public a varied and eclectic program aimed at studying and deepening the different photography practices.
CAMERA is, in short, a platform for exhibition, production, archiving, training, meeting and debate around photography: a place, both rooted in the territory and completely international.
