The museum is a small independent building that collects three self-portraits of Victorio Macho and the sculpture La Piedad. Continuing with the exhibition, the portrait gallery of his friends Unamuno, Ramón y Cajal, Marañón, Iturrino, Menéndez Pidal and Madariaga, together with those of Ramírez Ángel and Alfredo López Casal, both donated by their relatives, leads us to the statue of Seated mother who takes possession of the space with her great expressive power. Three splendid busts, namely those of Aurelio Arteta, La Niña Tub and the Basque Sailor, accompanied by the imposing sculpture of the Passiflora, confirm the great portrait quality that characterizes the author. With some sketches of monuments for Spain and America, such as that of Pérez Galdós and the plaster model of the Equestrian Statue of Belalcázar, a selection of portraits and interesting drawings are on display, among which regional types and large nudes stand out. The extraordinary sculpture of the Gypsy Torso concludes the visit to the museum.
