For the second consecutive year during the Christmas period, a masterpiece of sixteenth-century Italian art arrives at the MVSA - Valtellinese Museum of History and Art of the Municipality of Sondrio. Directly from the collections of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, we will be able to admire the work "Adoration of the Shepherds" , attributed to the Bottega del Veronese and dating back to between 1575 and 1599, in the stupendous setting of the stüa of Palazzo Sassi de' Lavizzari, headquarters of the MVSA. The inauguration is scheduled for Tuesday 28 November, at 5.30 pm . The event will be introduced by Councilor Marcella Fratta and Doctor Luca Tosi, Conservator of the Artistic Collections of Castello Sforzesco.
