From the province of Irpinia to the capital. This leap makes us proud and makes us realize with even greater precision the responsibilities involved in this wonderful journey.
When we set up the De Chiara De Maio Foundation in 2019 we were a very small reality. We drew the energy to carry out this work every day from the awareness of our privilege: being born in a territory that has so much to tell, which overflows with history and culture, whose communities are hungry for creativity and innovation. A portion of this great heritage lives in Monne and Madonna. The seventeenth century in Naples, another Renaissance . What takes place in the splendid rooms of the Chapel of Mary Immaculate, in the Church of Sant'Ignazio di Loyola , is a convergence between two territorially characterized visions of the Baroque.
The paintings of Luca Giordano, Filippo Vitale, Azzolino, Guarini, Solimena exude that courtly Neapolitanness which is one of the recurring motifs of our initiatives. This research continues in this luminous treasure chest, which stands with our works in a relationship of mutual prominence. We sincerely thank everyone and everyone who wants to be overwhelmed by Beauty by taking part in this experience.
