Franco d'Aspro was a twentieth-century artist who gave so much to Sardinia and the exhibition aims to retrace the salient moments of his production through the display of sculptures, drawings and documents that trace a clear and complete profile. Furthermore, for the first time a selection of the archaeological collection of Aspro will be set up, unpublished and the subject of a recent study. During the presentation, the appointments scheduled before and during the exhibition period will be illustrated.

The project is financed by the Sardinia Foundation with the free sponsorship of the municipality of Sinnai, the municipality of Cagliari, the municipality of Elmas, the municipality of Villamassargia, the Metropolitan City, the University Library of Cagliari.

Added to these is the scientific collaboration of the Department of Civilization and Forms of Knowledge of the University of Pisa and Sardinia to do, which oversaw the didactic apparatus and communication products for the exhibition.

The exhibition, curated by Valerio Deidda and Isabella Atzeni, will be open from 26 November 2022 to 26 February 2023 at the civic museum of Sinnai, in via colletta n°20.
