Works of the Museum that interact with objects of great interest for the history of collecting, in an unpublished story in the 'Grottone' of Palazzo Jatta .
The temporary exhibition “ Collezionauta . Masterpieces through time ”(until May 28, 2023 ), a journey through archeology, collecting and the history of taste, which places the Jatta experience in the broader context of nineteenth-century art collections.
This space, so far closed to the public, will enhance and diversify the cultural offer even after the reopening of the Museum, currently closed for restoration work, when the Grottone will be used for initiatives and events, in the wake of a model of integrated enhancement of cultural resources. .
The evening of July 28 will offer a double opportunity for cultural entertainment. The opening of the exhibition will take place from 20.30 to 23.00 (last admission at 22.30) and, from 20.30 to 21.30 it will be accompanied by the concert for Handpan by the cultural association Mamamà. The musical event is one of the appointments of the “Trentadate” festival, the result of an agreement between the Regional Museum Management and the Pugliese Public Theater - Regional Consortium for Arts and Culture.
