closed THE LIFE OF WOMEN

The show

The personal exhibition of Cinzia Pellin entitled "Women's lives" will be inaugurated on 1 April 2023 from 18:00 at the Venanzo Crocetti Museum in Rome , curated by Alberto Dambruoso . Fifteen canvases that are part of the latest pictorial project developed by the artist in the last year of activity will be presented in the exhibition . The absolute protagonists of this new pictorial and exhibition project are women .

Pellin dedicated no less than fifteen canvases to single portraits, in some cases double and triple, of women who, quoting his own words: "have decided to make it, women who have made their creation a mantra, who have chosen to cultivate their passions, their talents and to develop them in their work. Women who, beyond the stereotypes in which they have been chained for too long, have decided to realize themselves and have chosen to live 100%". All these paintings highlight the artist's extraordinary ability to restore to the observer the psychological strength of each person portrayed . In fact, of every woman portrayed, Pellin was able to paint not only her figure but more importantly, her soul.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalog with the curator's text as well as images of the works.

After the presentation by Alberto Dambruoso, there will be a screening of the documentary filmed in the artist's studio by the director Michelangelo Pepe of the performances of some of the women portrayed in the canvases. This will be followed by a tasting of wines from Casale del Giglio, one of the sponsors of the event.

INFO The exhibition will remain open from 1 to 13 April at the following times: Monday to Friday: 11-13 and 15-19 / Saturday 11-19 Monday 10 April the museum will be closed

"This exhibition clearly restores the great quality of Cinzia Pellin's latest research, an artist who has dedicated her entire life to painting with the same passion, strength and determination as the women she represents."
