From 19 November to 31 January 2020
The initiative, now in its second edition, curated by Nicola Brucoli and Carlo Settimio Battisti, directors of TWM Factory , carried out in collaboration with the MiBACT - Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and for Tourism and with the National Roman Museum, enhances the skills and competences of young artists, professionals and entrepreneurs of the latest generation, through the exhibition of the portraits of 12 Italian talents under 30, who have distinguished themselves for communicative sensitivity in their artistic and professional categories : Federica Sofia Zambeletti / Kozarch (Architecture), Giovanni Vetere (Art), Alain Parroni (Cinema), Burro Studio (Visual Communication), Michele Lazzarini (Kitchen), Susanna Salvi (Dance), Antonio Facco (Design), Sofia Podestà (Photography), Davide Dattoli ( Entrepreneurship), Marzia Sicignano (Literature), Davide Gallo / PROGRAM (Fashion), Yakamoto Kotzuga / Giacomo Mazzucato (Music).
The photographs of the 12 creatives were taken by Riccardo Ferranti within the most significant archaeological areas of the capital (Trajan's Markets - Museum of the Imperial Fora, Forum of Augustus, National Roman Museum - Palazzo Massimo -, Archaeological Park of Ostia Antica, Archaeological Appia Antica - Villa dei Quintili, Terme di Caracalla, Villa Adriana), to symbolize how through the interaction between new talents and the spaces of the history of our country it is possible to perpetrate Italian culture. The origins of the Italic genius , his deep roots , his traces become the fulcrum of the research that connects new talents with the spaces of the history of our country.
