Theater and music inside the Museum. The architectures and consonances of the language of Edoardo Sanguineti speak with the works on display and with the architecture of Zaha Hadid. The Comedy of Hell is a Special Project M.I.C. 2021 that the director Marco Lucchesi realizes at the School of Theater and Professional Specialization of the Theater of Rome, in collaboration with the MAXXI - National Museum of XXI Century Arts, the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia, the Istituto della Enciclopedia Treccani, the Civica Scuola of Teatro Paolo Grassi, the Theater School of the Tuscan National Theater, the Gian Maria Volontè Film School, the Officina Pasolini and the Liceo Artstico di Ripetta. During 2021, the director works with the actors specializing on the text La Commedia dell’Inferno by Edoardo Sanguineti, a disguise from Dante's Inferno. The museum's public can follow the training course of the group that investigates the architecture and the consonances of Sanguineti's language with the works on display and with architecture. MAXXI is carrying out this project with the aim of animating museum spaces in new ways and offering visitors unusual proposals, opening up to theater and dialogue between the arts. On 26 and 27 November 2021 a final event is scheduled with the actors in and the musical accompaniment of small groups of artists from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory.
