The show

Palazzo Massimo presents a new project by Diego Perrone from 25 July to 7 January 2020: the sculpture entitled "The night backwards weighs" set up in the Sala della dea Roma.

Diego Perrone's project, promoted by the National Roman Museum, is the winner of the third edition of the Italian Council, the call for proposals created by the Directorate General for Contemporary Art and Architecture and Urban Suburbs - led by Federica Galloni - of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities, to promote Italian contemporary art around the world. After being presented in the spring at Bullseye Projects in Portland, Oregon, the work arrives in Rome, to continue in 2020 at the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels in January, at the Swiss Museum in St. Gallen in February to be finally installed in September at Crypta Balbi.
