The Cosso Foundation in Pinerolo has as its objective the cultural and artistic promotion, humanistic and scientific research, the enhancement of the Piedmontese territory. In 2008 Maria Luisa Cosso Eynard and her daughter Paola Eynard give life to the Cosso Foundation and save Miradolo Castle and its historic park from abandonment: thus a cultural center was born, a center for research and experimentation in the field of arts and nature, which promotes the protection of beauty to build, together with the community, a new sense of responsibility and safeguarding the common good. The exhibitions organized by the Cosso Foundation are shaped on the spaces of the Miradolo Castle, a historical and architectural setting of great value: the works are positioned in harmony and in dialogue with it, in order to enhance their beauty, enhanced by the right location and lighting. . With a working group made up of musicians and technicians since 2009, the Avant-dernière pensée project has been carried out, proposing to the public artistic performances that establish new links between different disciplines, through original forms of classical and contemporary music performance. It should be emphasized that the Foundation is inside a wonderful nineteenth-century park, majestic and centenary trees, delicate and wonderful flowers. The Foundation began to take care of this heritage in 2007, it has preserved and cared for it over the years, giving life, today, to the story of a rebirth. The botanical beauties of the garden and the richness of nature are told to visitors at any time of the year, in the four seasons, to help spread their knowledge and sensitivity, as the most precious treasure that man possesses on earth.
